Delivery is FREE

 

We  aim to dispatch all orders within one working day of receiving payment. Any orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and before 1pm will be dispatched the same working day.

When your order ships you will receive an email from us to say that your order has been dispatched with a tracking number. If you have not received an email by the next working day of your order please check your SPAM folder.

 

We use DHL next day and Royal Mail 48 Tracked services to ship all UK orders. DHL and Royal Mail aim to deliver within 4 working days which allows for any delays due to busy periods, mis-routes and extreme weather conditions. This does not allow for any extra days due to scheduled strike action by Royal Mail.

 

Please allow full 4 working days from the day of dispatch for your delivery to arrive before contacting us.

If you have not received your parcel in the times advised above, please contact us via orders@nicohit.co.uk or call us on 0161 848 7788 with your order number and billing details (name and address). Our customer service staff are available Mon-Fri between 9am and 4pm excluding bank holidays.
