It’s long been known that inhaling smoke generated by burned tobacco tar can cause serious health issues. This, naturally, is where vaping e-liquid comes in – its nicotine content sates the cravings and has been proven to be a better alternative to cigarettes.

Why is right now such an important time to try and make that switch? One part of the body that Covid-19 can so dangerously target is the respiratory system; it’s an infection that takes root in the lungs and airways and can terribly affect a sufferer’s breathing.

In this age of Coronavirus, we’re all having to live through – succeeding in a bid to quit smoking is truly the best thing any smoker can do and if that means switching over to vaping (via the e-liquids and supplies that Nicohit have to offer), so be it!

Vaping is very worthwhile. That said, given the nature of the times, when the onus is on all of us to be mindful of and alert to the safety and health of not just ourselves but everyone around us, there are a few points to consider when it comes to vaping.

Published by the United Kingdom Vaping Industry Association (UKVIA) body, these guidelines suggest that vapers should try to:

  • Remain 1-2 metres away from others when vaping
  • Remember not to share their e-cig, vape pen, device or equipment
  • Shop online / use home delivery (when possible) for vaping supplies
  • Stop vaping if they develop any Covid-19 symptoms – it’s better to be safe than sorry.

It’s important to be considerate to others and look after yourself in these unprecedented times.
